Hi Spencer, Thanks for the question. I'll try to answer it for you. Worship backgrounds are still images--a Jpg, Png, or Doc image that you can use in a PowerPoint or other form. On the website, these are in the "backgrounds" category. We have two categories--stills and videos--since some churches and ministries prefer the simple PowerPoint backgrounds (no motion). What you are interested in, of course, are videos. The video loops are under the "Video" category. If you're looking for anything with motion, it will be in this area of the site. All these videos come in MP4 format. (See here.) If you look in the "Download Options" on the right hand side of the page, the MP4 button will be listed first. I use a MacBook Pro and iMovie myself. You should be able to download and edit the movies and worship loops with no problem. I hope that helps. Please let us know if you have any other questions! Blessings, -The Sharefaith Team

I would like to become a member of Sharefaith and the primary facility that I plan on using is the “Worship Background Loops”. What is shown as the Website as “Worship Background” are they “stills” or “loops”?

I use MacBookPro to edit my songs and create texts for the Loops on iMovies. Is it possible to do that by downloading the versions available on this site? I don’t see the apple readable mp4 format any where in this site?

I believe the question you are looking for is how does the video play over and over again… The answer is ProPresenter software. It can be set to loop over and over again. It’s fantastic software for showing your presentations, video’s, slides, songs, etc… Very Reliable

Hi, this is probably old style, but I am wondering if there are any gif that consists of all the still pictures to make it feel like a motion video loop.
I am testing Open LP for our church service, and wondering if I can have a gif instead of jpeg as the background to display lyrics on top of a motion video…

Adding text to the PowerPoint presentation should be as easy as clicking INSERT and then TEXT BOX. You can follow the instructions in this article (http://www.sharefaithblog.com/2010/05/create-church-powerpoint-templates/) and then proceed to add text to your PowerPoint as you would with any other presentation.

They are in 4:3 ratio. Obviously, they can be presented in 16:9, allowing for the blank borders on top and bottom.

Are all backgrounds in 4:3 ratio or are they also in 16:9? All of our worship media is presented in 16:9, so this would be crucial for us.
