With Easter coming up, most churches are planning some special event—a cantata, a program, a play, or something similar. Since more people attend church on Easter Sunday than any other day of the year, most churches will probably see some attendance increase. In order to prepare, churches need graphics–good, high-quality graphics. But most normal churches don’t have a lot of money to spend on expensive media. What’s the solution?

  1. Realize that you’re not going to find anything worthwhile for free, especially if you want to do a good job at it. See our post on “The Problem With Free.” So, prepare to spend some money on your Easter media.
  2. Join Sharefaith. Rather than go for a pay-per-download model of church media, choose a membership model. If you’re not familiar with the pay-per-download model of church media, there are some sites that ask for payment for every design that you download. So, if you want to download a worship video, for example, you’ll pay $7. That doesn’t sound so bad until you realize everything that you’re going to need to download in order to have a complete media package. Plus, many of the pay-per-download sites only have one type of design–only PowerPoints or only videos. You need something that will unify all your church media, giving you a one-stop simple solution for a comprehensive Easter media solution. That’s why you need Sharefaith. Right now, we have a massive discount going on until Easter. You aren’t going to see prices this low on church media anywhere else. This is the lowest and most cost-effective way to get church media. And, hey, it’s going to last you through the entire year—everything you need! Sharefaith will save you big time bucks. Period.
  3. Stay tuned for free designs on the Sharefaith blog. We love helping churches by providing free church media. That’s why we have a whole category on our blog called Free Church Templates. Here’s what you can do:  1) Subscribe to our blog, 2) sign up for our mailing list, 3) follow us on Facebook, and 4) follow us on Twitter. When you do, you’ll be in the pipeline for some great free resources.
  4. Use volunteers. Most churches can’t afford to hire a full-time graphic or techno guy, even though it would be nice. What you can do, however, is utilize volunteers. There may be people wanting to put their gifts to good use to serve God. Find those people and give them an assignment.

Great-looking Easter graphics aren’t going to be free, but they don’t have to be expensive. Your best option is to join Sharefaith now during the big sale. You’ll be very, very glad you did. Let’s review the four tips:

  1. You’re going to have to spend a little bit.
